As you know, I have been on paxil for about 9 month. At the beginning I had a lot of side effect, like headache, dizziness, dry mouth, temblor… etc. I was on 10mg then I went to 20mg and it was working, I was feeling less anxious, but suddenly the pill stop working. I was feeling the same again, I started taking 40mg and I started feeling good again, everything was great.
I didn´t want to get into antidepressant because I was on them before and it was like hell for me. I really didn´t want to! the pression was to much and at the end I started taking them one more time; I needed to take them if I wanted the doctor to give me permission to go back to USA for college… I had no choice at the time 
Now I am trying to get out of Paxil; I´m on half a pill for about 2 weeks. The side effect I´m going through are: dizziness, temblor, palpitations, depression, suicidal thoughts, homicidal thoughts, I´m very anxious, nightmares, zaps on my head, dry mouth, mood swings almost bipolar, and I could go on…
My parents don´t believe me. they just believe the doctor. when I say I´m addicted to paxil they don´t believe me. when I say I get violent every time I miss a doze of paxil they don´t believe me, the doctor says ´´that´s the way she is… that her character´´ my parents believe that…
I have done some research about Paxil and antidepressant, I have found so many things about it. There is a lot of people going through the same things I am going through! I am not alone. there is so much research about antidepressant! and how bad they are for you and how they can mess up you life and your brain!
I knew most of that information. I didn´t want to get on antidepressant specially because of the suicidal thoughts; but they didn´t support me on my decision… I was alone.
Now… I want to get out… and… I am alone one more time. The doctor don´t want me to stop. My parents want me to stop but they don´t believe me when I say ´´this is not me talking, I am not like that, I not an homicidal person!!´´
Don´t get into Antidepressant before doing some research!
